Subsequent payments align with key stages such as material procurement, installation milestones, and final handover as detailed in your agreement.

What is the policy for project cancellations or scope variations?

Any cancellation, variation, or additional work is addressed according to the agreed contractual terms. Costs already incurred for approved materials, custom glass fabrications, completed installations, or committed supplier expenses will be assessed in accordance with the contract and applicable UAE law.

How are scope changes, revisions, and sourcing delays managed?

Design revisions and scope adjustments are documented and evaluated for cost and schedule impacts, requiring client sign-off before execution. For delays related to custom material imports, supplier timelines, or authority approvals, we maintain transparent communication and coordinate closely to mitigate disruptions.

What warranties apply and who owns the design concepts?

Custom glasswork and installations carry warranties based on project specifications and supplier terms, excluding accidental damage or unauthorized modifications. All 3D renders, concepts, and technical drawings remain the intellectual property of D S A PRIME INTERIOR DESIGN L.L.C until full settlement is received.
